Co-owner Ruth LaRocque, is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT), and she is also Certified in Training and Counseling (CTC).

Ruth received her CTC training under the direction of Jean Donaldson (author of Culture Clash and other award-winning dog training books) and Janis Bradley (author of Dogs Bite But Balloons and Slippers Are More Dangerous) at the distinguished Academy for Dog Trainers located at the San Francisco SPCA.

Ruth's training includes positive, reward-based humane methods that ensure your dog loves learning!  We can instill good habits in your dog so they can be cherished family companions who have self-control and good manners.

We are licensed, bonded, and insured, and have received Red Cross certified training in Pet First Aid.
